Requirements for Registration for the Sacraments of Baptism, First Communion, and Confirmation for BOTH Parishs

Please bring the following documents on the day of registration:

• Birth Certificate
• Baptism Certificate (If Applicable)
• First Communion Certificate (If Applicable)​

Other Requirements:

• ​Age: 18 yrs. minimum
